Class Description

It doesn’t matter if this is your first yoga class or if you’ve been stepping onto your mat for decades, All Levels Flow is designed to offer a variety of options for every need and experience level. Vinyasa is the beautiful, flowy cousin of the Hatha yoga practice that intelligently connects the breath with movement in the body and thoughts in the mind.  This class teaches you to follow your breath’s intuition as you glide through a series of warming stretches and dynamic exploration, sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, and cooling shapes, with options to customize your practice along the way.  All experience levels are welcome to explore, grow, and evolve their practice.


Vinyasa 1/2

This class is targeted towards intermediate practitioners, but all experience levels are welcome to explore, grow, and evolve their practice in Vinyasa 1/2. Vinyasa is the beautiful, flowy cousin of the Hatha yoga practice that intelligently connects the breath with movement in the body and thoughts in the mind.  This class teaches you to follow your breath’s intuition as you glide through a series of warming stretches and dynamic exploration, sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, and an introduction to arm balancing, inversions, and backbending.


Sunrise Vinyasa

Wake up and supercharge your mind, body, and spirit with this invigorating Sunrise Vinyasa.  This class is suitable for all experience levels. Vinyasa is the beautiful, flowy cousin of the Hatha yoga practice that intelligently connects the breath with movement in the body and thoughts in the mind.  This welcoming, slow-paced class precisely teaches you to follow your breath’s intuition as you glide through a series of warming stretches and dynamic exploration, sun salutations, standing and balancing postures and cooling relaxing shapes. This class is targeted towards new or emerging practitioners, but all experience levels are welcome to explore, grow, and evolve their practice.


Grounding Flow*

This meditative class is meant to rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul in a soft, supportive practice surrounded by comfy blankets and luxurious bolsters so you can fully relax every layer of your being.  You will be guided through meditation, gentle movement exploration, and a combination of grounding and opening static postures. This class is a wonderful complement to a vinyasa practice.


Vinyasa 2

This class is targeted towards intermediate/advanced practitioners, but all experience levels are welcome to explore, grow, and evolve their practice. Vinyasa is the beautiful, flowy cousin of the Hatha yoga practice that intelligently connects the breath with movement in the body and thoughts in the mind.  This class teaches you to follow your breath’s intuition as you glide through a series of warming stretches and dynamic exploration, sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, arm balancing, inversions, and backbending.  Vinyasa 2 will help you solidify your transitions from pose to pose and give you space to experiment with more complex variations and transitions.


YinYasa*

This hybrid class format is one of our favorites!   Class will begin with a slow and grounding all-levels Vinyasa Flow and will conclude with 30-40 minutes of long, supported Yin stretches and relaxing Restorative poses.  This class is the perfect way to conclude your week and transition into the weekend.


Energy Flow*

Energy Flow is an all-levels vinyasa class that is meant to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging, yet accessible sequences. This style of yoga cultivates endurance and focus and is a wonderful start to your day!


Yoga for Recovery*

Yoga for Recovery is available to all who desire to learn new ways to connect mind, body and spirit with a whole-body approach to recovery. The class is designed with simple yoga poses and breathing techniques to relieve stress and anxiety. Come learn to quiet the mind and calm the body. This class combines yoga philosophy with 12 step wisdom and meditations.


VINYASA 2/3

This advanced vinyasa flow class is heated to around 80 degrees.  This class features rigorous pacing/sequencing, advanced arm balances, backbends, and inversions.  If you’re ready to have a break-through in your existing intermediate-advanced practice, this class will send you soaring into unexplored territory.  This class is NOT recommended for beginner students.


PILATES/YOGA Fusion*

This class combines the strength and precision of Pilates and the grace and focus of yoga to create maximum muscle tone and length.  This class is an awesome challenge for all levels of fitness.


Soulful Vinyasa*

This is the yoga you can feel in your heart! Give your soul wings with a beautifully crafted class that combines traditional Vinyasa yoga with aspects of Yoga philosophy, energetic exploration and healing, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), and a soulful flair that will leave your cup filled and your heart full! Appropriate for all levels!


Restorative Sound Bath: Relax and Renew*

In this one of a kind class, Restorative Yin meets Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing in this deeply relaxing experience that have you leaving feeling restful and at peace. This practice begins with a passive Restorative Flow followed by gentle Yin postures supported by bolsters and blankets. The class ends with 25 minutes of soothing guided relaxation and peaceful Sound Healing with the aid of Tibetan and Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls.


Meditative Vinyasa*

Seeking stillness? Needing to chill, but still want to be challenged? Meditative Vinyasa is the perfect All Levels class to clear your mind, body, and spirit of the day-to-day clutter. Expect to leave renewed, relaxed, and ready to wind down from your day. It’s the perfect way to end your evening!
