Yoga practice is about cultivating connection no matter what “shape” we’re in, including, and maybe more importantly, the spaces between “poses”. Refined transitions feel beautiful, maintain connection, and keep the body safe. With arm balances as our muse, this workshop will guide how to ground pose foundations and demystify body mechanicsfor efficient movement. Expect to deconstruct transitions with functional anatomy toemploy intelligent alignment as we refine common transitions, like bakasana (crow pose) to chaturanga dandasana (four limbed staff pose), before moving towards some more extensive transitions and flows.
*Prerequisite: Bakasana (crow pose) with ease & serious sense of play .
